System Handover and Installation

Once the client has tested the system in the test harness, the software development company will handover the system along with all source code and testing documentation.

At this stage strategic planning is required for the installation of the new system and the client may or may not require assistance with this exercise.

Problems can occur in 'real-time' conditions and to smooth the transfer from testing to 'real-time' the software development company will continue to monitor for 'bugs' for a negotiated period of time to ensuring that the system works properly under release conditions.
